1. Is the user a newly joined staff member or an existing user?
If existing user:
→ Raise a support case with Hitachi Support Help Desk for further investigation.
If newly joined user:
→ Proceed to step 2.
2. Has the user requested access to the iFAAS2 application via the MIMS portal?
If NOT requested:
→ User must submit a request for iFAAS2 access via MIMS.
→ Once request is approved, inform the user to wait until the 3rd day after the request is approved before attempting to log in.
If a request was made today:
→ Ask the user to wait and try accessing the application on the 3rd day from the date of request approved .
If request was made earlier (more than 3 days ago):
→ If access was requested correctly and still shows the error, raise a support case to Hitachi.
